I am really disappointed in the amount of typos people are finding. Nothing seems too detrimental, but I will list them here are I find out about them.
Double Pea Soup p 140
Says shallots in the directions but only onions in the ingredients list. It also lists 2 large onions, which I think will be fine, but it really should be 1 onion. The original recipe called for one onion and one shallot, but it's fine with just an onion.
Mustard Sauce p 204
You add the mixed veg broth and cornstarch along with the mustard, lemon juice and capers.
Tamales p 59
1/2 teaspoon salt was left out of the ingredients list. You can add more to taste.
Pot Pie p 159
"old water" should be "cold water." Please don't cook with old water!
Fudgy Wudgy Blueberry Brownies p 243
There is no applesauce in the recipe. The directions tell you to add it, just ignore that. Although people have added 1/4 cup applesauce and it's come out fine.
Caramelized Onion-Butternut Roast p 152
Add the beans when you add the squash. The directions don't say that.

Awwe, don't fret - every book has typos and yours has less than lots of books I've seen!!
I'm just wondering where the hazelnut cushions are. Already made would be nice. :p

"For a dark chocolate, spread" should be "For a dark chocolate spread"
Sometimes a comma makes all the difference.
And it made me laugh really hard.

On the roasted lemon potatoes recipe page, it says to see Page XX for an accompanying recipe.

Wait, I have to ask... on flickr I saw someone who had almond red-bean cupcakes tagged as a tester, but they obviously aren't in the book... can they be? Did the hazelnut cushions ever get posted?

I think there's a phrase that says "it's should be" somewhere, maybe the lemon bars? I will check later.
ETA: Eggplant Rollatini, top left of page 156.

Also in the ingredients it says sherry, in the description it says white wine.
nitpicky I suppose, but it would impact the flavor...

Page 34, under Winter Squash, paragraph starting: For smaller, caramelized pieces "use a spoon to scrape out stringy buts" - no big deal
I just made the "Almost All American Seitan Potpie" on page 159 - does it ever say to add the seitan to the filling?
I just added it at the end, with the last of the broth. It was a lovely potpie.

you need better testers

The funny thing is that most have these typos came about after the book was set.

P177 Lentils and Rice/onions:
Cloves in directions but not ingredients list. Allspice is added 2x in directions.
I used 1/8 tsp cloves and it was perfect! Also the portabello salad is rockin' my world.

On page 38, it says (about millet) "It has a slightly sweet, mellow taste that goes well with any meal that brown rice would complement, so add it to your grain rotation toot sweet."
I'd like to believe it is code for something.

That isn't a typo, I like saying toot sweet.

Awesome.

On the sideways captions of each page of the "pasta, noodles and risotto" section, "risotto" is spelled wrong.

Did the creamed corn recipe get left out? *pouts*

It says "nutrition yeast" somewhere. I think it's in the cheezy sauce recipe.

p 177 - Lentils & Rice w/ Caramelized Onions
It says "add the rice, cinnamon stick, ground cloves (should say cumin) and allspice."
Goes on to tell you to add the cumin & allspice again.

I think cornbread was listed twice in the index, but maybe that's on purpose? I believe it was corn bread and cornbread.
