In case you're stumped, let's come up with a whole new list of themes to get your MoFo rolling.
A few off the top of my noodle:
Noodles!
Your favorite supermarket
Veganizing celebrity chef food
4 course dinner for under 10 dollars
Dinner and a movie (movie themed food)
Make a cooking video

My husband loves it when I do meals based on a music artist/band. For Michael Jackson's birthday we had Don't Stop Til You Get Enough French Toast, Beat It (tofu scramble), and Black or White (chocolate chocolate cookie w/ vanilla soy ice cream) for dessert. It's silly but fun.

Someone who's less of a flake than I am can do the Iron Chef thing!

Could you imagine doing a month of sausage?
Online
how about a month of cocktails? And I also think doing state themes would be fun!

I love the music/band idea. I was thinking of doing something similar with a favorite tv show, although this is getting into 'dinner and a movie' territory.
Fridays are going to be International Food Friday. The local library has a kids' series of cookbooks from around the world; it's been fun veganizing these recipes.
I am also considering choosing an ingredient for the month and assigning it to a day of the week, like every Tuesday.
If I assign topics for days of the week I'm less inclined to freak out.

What about veganizing one of your favorite pregan meals or trying out an unfamiliar fruit or vegetable?

I love the month of cocktails and veganizing pregan meals!
Let's see, what else...
Balanced meals/healthy deliciousness
Fast/lazy meals
Awesome accidentally vegan products
Awesome vegan things that are local to you (if you have such things)
Food for every letter of the alphabet... day 1 you do A, day 2 you do B, so on... giving you 5 days off!
Eat a different fruit or vegetable every day
Use appliances (or even dishes?) you don't usually use in your kitchen... sort of like the weekly the cookbook challenge, but for your blender

haha awesome! Very creative.
My theme will be foods that I grew in my garden (again).

It seems highly likely that by October my man and I will have obtained a slow cooker, so there's a decent chance that my posts will chronicle those nightly experiments / triumphs / disasters.

Oh god, yes. Which brave soul will volunteer to make a new kind of sausage every day for the whole month?

Ooh, the 4 courses for under $10 is a really good idea! As is the movie theme! Omg, an Evil Dead themed meal!

Everybody should do a palate challenge! I wrote about wanting to do it last week because I always make fun of how out there some of the guesses are.
Offline
maybe some traditional Italian food that is "naturally" vegan will be mine!
Offline
Not sure what I will do. Probably easy foods that involve no cooking since I don't have a ton of time to cook.

There are so many possibilities!
Someone could start a tag meme (or 10)
Jargon explanations
Vegan urban myths exposed
10 must-have ingredients
Vegan trends / Vegan diet trends
Your personal progress as a vegan over time
5 reasons to be vegan which don't involve animal rights (I find these reasons have a more positive impact on omnis)

i started a list a while ago...
favorite recipes
cookbooks you don't use nearly enough
food stories - i'm thinking along the lines of "i used to make this with my grandmother... blah blah.
something you've never made before
from the pantry
from the freezer
for the last two... i'm trying to use things out of my cabinets and the freezer to cut down on the number of times i need to go to the supermarket in any given week/month.

I loved the Iron Chef thing! I'll do it if you don't want to. Maybe we could brainstorm a bunch of ingredients before it starts and then they could be pulled out of a hat each week. Maybe two ingredients to make it more of a challenge?
-I'm going to go through my google reader and make a bunch of recipes I have starred and have been piling up. Cakespy always has recipes I wanna veganize too, like that bacon, cereal, OJ breakfast cookie this morning.
-Veganize a few of my Gram's italian cookies (cuccidatis!!)
-make a fancy layered cake for the heck of it
-chocolate pizza!
-homemade pasta
-vegan dessert thali like this: http://www.cakespy.com/2009/08/to-thali … poppy.html
I like sweets, basically.

Personally, September is the month that I start playing around with Holiday food ideas. Also with cooler weather and school starting, baked goods and soup take the forefront.

I was thinking of copying joannalovesyou and doing collages of everything I eat/drink in a day. I love looking at stuff like that.
Here's an example
