So I've been raw for about two weeks now. I like it. I just bought Mattye's e book and I can't wait to try those recipes. Most of these are from Ani Phyo's Ani's Raw Food Kitchen.

coconut breakfast cakes (banana nut) and save the tuna wrap. gotta say...not the hugest fan of sunflower seed based fake tuna

marinated portobello steak and brazil-broccoli mash w/ mushroom gravy and fresh mango cobbler

mexican squash "rice" & taco nut meat burritos and pear/pecan/romaine salad with raspberry-lime vinaigrette (Vcon)

sundried tomato cheeze and plum/almond/avocado/romaine salad with raspberry-lime vinaigrette

raw fajitas w/ pico de gallo & guac and raw pizza

carob strawberry bliss smoothie and raw donut holes

raw sweet potato fries (much better in theory) and Ani Phyo's sun burger

made in mexico mylk (BOMBtastic) and banana/mango/coconut smoothie

cherry malt shake and plum/avocado/black sesame/romaine salad

I want to buy a dehydrator so I can make raw breads. I'd never go fully raw but I try my best to live getting good amounts of raw foods. Ani Phyp is such a creative lady!

cool! what were your favorites?

This all looks great. How has this changed the amount of time you spend prepping meals, by the way? I have this assumption that it takes longer to prep raw meals. Is that just totally wrong?

It all is making my mouth water. Just looks swell. I would like to know about prep time, too. Also, how do you feel eating all raw? Inquiring minds want to know!

Definitely mango cobbler, donut holes, sun burger, all the smoothies (especially the cherry malt) and sundried tomato cheeze.

It depends on what you are making. Dehydrating, marinating and soaking adds a bajillion hours to the process. However, dehydrating (especially) yields a high quantity of stuff. So I think it's worth it. Plus, I just throw a salad together if I'm feeling lazy.

Yes! I feel beyond amazing. I have energy I never thought I had. I've also been drinking kombucha regularly. I don't know how much that helps.

The raw fajitas were mine. I just marinated a portobello, some bell pepper and onion in...garlic and chili powders, cumin, olive oil, Bragg's and cinnamon (on accident). It was good though. The brazil-broccoli mash is like mashed potatoes. It really has that texture.

Grrreat! I'm feeling good. Exercising regularly and losing weight. I'm trying to get more health focused and lose all the weight I gained after falling in love with vegan sweets.

My husband's in California right now. I still haven't moved. So I'm here in Texas. If he was here, he would eat my food and probably wash it down with some fast food. That's just how he rolls.

Wow Mixmaster_Mo! All your meals look fantastic. Do you like Ani's book? I was going to get it and then I read a few mixed reviews and decided to wait. I really need to get back to eating more raw, maybe her book would help. I got stuck eating salads, juices and green smoothies for awhile.
