There is a trailer in front of People's Food Co-op. The man inside has decorated the thing with an adorable wallpaper. He makes vegan milkshakes. Also smoothies and juices. All 100% organic. All AMAZINGLY delicious. I strongly recommend the peanut butter cup shake. Go now!

I want to hook that little trailer to the back of my car and drag it home behind me.

Oh crepe. Just when I was getting better with my eating! Lucky it's not too close to me.
Foiled - my husband loves that about Portland -everyone and their mother (literally in some cases!) has a food wagon.

a deadline for completion of any one of my array of endeavors can't be a bad thing. maybe abbie's next brunch can be.... in 2012?

It is not a good thing that I walk right forking by this place every night on my way home from work.
Calories burned walking to and from work: 450
Estimated calories in a peanut butter cup milkshake: 15 bazillion.
Dammit!

Are they really milkshakes, like thick, or are they like milk smoothies? Every vegan milkshake I've had has been soupy. I just got one at Blossoming Lotus last week and it was like thick water.
