Tonight VegiTerranean (Chrissie Hynde's restaurant) opened in Akron, Ohio.  The menu is all vegan and all kosher.  Our server told us there wasn't an animal product in the place and even the cleaners they use are vegan!

The food was tasty and traditional rather than innovative.  I'll definitely be heading back.
They used fake meat for all the entrees -- something called Gardein "garden grown protein."

"Chicken" Marsala from two angles with EVOO mashed potatoes.  The menu said EVOO at least three times.  They were very excited about the olive oil in their mashed potatoes!
