Sexy low fat vanilla cupcake time!
And this is a special Gluten Free Birthday Muffin from Vegan Family Favourites (So my friend could have an Omega fatty acids-tastic Day!)
And finally, crepes with blueberry sauce and Soyatoo for my father. The crepes themselves aren't vegan, but I have a lot of stuff my mother bought me that I want to use up because no one else will, so I've been cooking it for my father who won't eat breakfast if I don't make it for him. I was most proud of the blueberry sauce as I had never made it before (Yes, I'm easily excited).. So pretend the crepes aren't there aren't we're looking at the sauce (Am I allowed to post a picture of this? Sorry if not).

The blueberry sauce is fairly easy, hence the reason that I'm too easily amused. All you really have to do is take a package of blueberries and either apple juice, blueberry juice, or water and boil them over a low heat and add a bit of sugar if necessary. I'm only proud because I used to burn water, haha.
