girl, you did it again.
These remind me of the chocolate-dipped ice cream cones I'd get from Dairy Queen back in the day when I was a tubby little tub-tub.

Did you freeze or fridge the cupcakes before dipping so the chocolate didn't melt the frosting? The choco looks so smoooooth and perfect.

I used Green & Blacks Baking Chocolate for its high cocoa butter content - that helps the shell form and makes it melt all nice like.
I put the frosted cones in the freezer for a few minutes to chill the frosting, then a few minutes after they were dipped to cure the chocolate. It worked out really well!

I use a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W1. It's a decent "point and shoot" camera, but I fight for every shot. You should see me battling my kitchen lighting with a camera that doesn't let you adjust things. It's quite a sight. I can't wait to buy a real digital SLR, but someone is going to have to start paying me for my cupcakes for that to happen.
You're awesome!

Honestly?
Your point and shoot shots look better than my dSLR shots, my dear. They're worth the fight, I'd say.

Your flattery makes me giddy, but it's certainly not true. I've seen your website, missy, and you're no photographer to be trifled with! The grass is always greener, I suppose...
