Mmm... Chickpeas

Just came across this recipe for chickpea tofu. The article mentions that they heard about it in this forum. Searched but couldn't find. Either way it looks delicious and wanted to share it with anyone who might have missed it. Basically cubed panelle that hasn't been fried.

Yes, I think most of the people that have discussed it here call it Burmese tofu.
