I would totally eat that sauce by itself even. It looks wonderful! Also, I have that cookbook and have never, ever used it.

I have that cookbook also, but haven't made a lot becuase it didn't look like a lot of the dishes were good for "planned leftovers". However, now that I see this, it is going on the list to make. Thank you.
