my portland eating is coming to an end, so i made sure to hit up the smoker cart this afternoon.
"chronic" tempeh ribs, mac-no-cheese, cole slaw & cornbread.
i can only eat so much tempeh at a time so these were a little substantial for me, but delicious, as were the mac, slaw & bread.
also, the smoker guy was super nice and gave me a yummy minted iced sweet tea while we chatted about NYC vs. PDX.
bonus fizzle with milkshake.

I had lunch there yesterday! I had the tempeh and soy curl combo, with baked beans, slaw and cornbread, and iced tea. Everything was delicious but I couldn't finish all the tempeh, I was stuffed. Yes, they were super nice, what a great place.
